Großformatige Kunstwerke und Sperrgut: individuelle Rücksendekosten (ca. 19–49 €). Die genauen Kosten werden vor Erstellung des Retourenlabels bestätigt.
Defekt/Falschlieferung: Die Rücksendekosten übernehmen wir. Kein Drucker nötig: QR-Code in Filiale/Packstation vorzeigen.

Large/bulky items: variable (approx. €19–49). We will confirm the cost before issuing the label.
