Kleine Artikel: Rückporto 4,90 € · Große/Sperrgut: variabel (ca. 19–49 €) – wir bestätigen die Kosten vor Erstellung des Labels.
Defekt/Falschlieferung: Rückporto übernehmen wir. Kein Drucker nötig: QR-Code in Filiale/Packstation vorzeigen. Im Falle einer Rücksendung werden die Kunstwerke direkt an die/den jeweiligen Künstlerin zurückgesandt. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt über mKunstraum.

Small items: return postage €4.90. Large/bulky items: variable (approx. €19–49), we will confirm the cost before issuing the label.
Defect/wrong item: we cover the return postage. No printer needed: show the QR code at a DHL store/Packstation. In case of a return, artworks are returned directly to the respective artist. Refunds are processed via mKunstraum.
