Intimate Keepsakes

These pieces were inspired by moments with my daughter.

But the teddy is not only her.

It is a quiet presence,
a reflection of the child we hold,
the one we watch grow,
and the one we carry within us.

In these scenes, it becomes many things,
sometimes my memory,
sometimes a feeling,
and sometimes… yours.

Diese Arbeiten sind aus Momenten mit meiner Tochter entstanden.

Doch der Teddy ist nicht nur sie.

Er ist eine stille Präsenz,
ein Spiegel des Kindes, das wir in den Armen halten,
das wir beim Aufwachsen begleiten,
und das wir in uns tragen.

In diesen Szenen wird er vieles,
manchmal Erinnerung,
manchmal ein Gefühl,
und manchmal… deines.
